By proceeding with the purchase of an Online Serial Number (OSN) from Heritage
Christian University, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Non-Refundable Purchase
All OSN purchases are final and non-refundable. Once an OSN has been issued and
delivered to your registered contact details, no refunds will be processed.
2. Accurate Information
You are responsible for ensuring all personal and contact information provided is
accurate and complete. The University accepts no liability for OSNs delivered to
incorrect contact details provided by the applicant.
3. Single Use
Each OSN is intended for use by a single applicant. Sharing, selling, or transferring
your OSN to another person is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.
4. Payment Security
All payments are processed securely through Fidelity Bank's Orange payment gateway.
The University does not store your payment card or mobile money details.
5. Support
For any issues relating to your OSN purchase, contact the Heritage Christian
University Finance Office or ICT Directorate through the official University
contact channels.
